Everything you need to know about working with me.
How can we help you?
For fabric samples, there's no minimum — I can send you sample cuttings (usually 1 yard per color). For bulk fabric orders, MOQ varies by type: stock fabrics start from 50 yards per color, custom orders start from 200 yards.
For sample garments, MOQ is 1 piece per design. For bulk production, MOQ starts from 50-100 pieces per design, depending on the style and complexity.
Yes, absolutely. I recommend sampling before any bulk order. Here's how it works:
1. You send me your design or reference garment
2. I develop a sample (5-7 days)
3. You review and approve
4. We proceed to bulk
The sample fee covers development and materials. If you proceed with a bulk order, the sample fee is deducted from the production cost.
Typical timeline:
– Fabric sampling: 3-5 days + shipping
– Garment sampling: 5-7 days + shipping
– Bulk production (100-500 pcs): 20-30 days after sample approval
– Shipping: 3-5 days by express (sample) / 15-25 days by sea (bulk)
These are estimates. I’ll give you an exact timeline after reviewing your specific project.
I’m a sourcing agent, not a factory owner. This means:
– I’m not tied to one factory — I can choose the best manufacturer for your specific product
– I work on your behalf to negotiate price, monitor quality, and manage timelines
– I have established relationships with multiple vetted factories across different specialties
The advantage for you: factory-direct pricing + independent quality control + flexible sourcing across multiple suppliers.
I charge in two ways:
– **Sample development fee** — A fixed fee per sample (typically $30-$150 depending on complexity). This covers my time to coordinate the development.
– **Commission from the factory** — For bulk orders, the factory pays me a commission (typically 3-10%). This means you pay factory-direct pricing — my service doesn’t add markup to your cost.
In other words: if you don’t place a bulk order, you only pay the sample fee. If you do, the factory covers my commission.
Payment is direct between you and the factory via T/T (bank transfer). I never hold your production funds.
Typical payment schedule:
– 30% deposit when you place the order
– 40% when I confirm mid-production QC
– 30% when I confirm final QC before shipment
I provide photos and videos at each stage so you can see the progress before releasing each payment.
Yes. Send me your design sketch, tech pack, or even a photo of a reference garment. From there, I’ll:
1. Help you choose suitable fabric options
2. Coordinate pattern making
3. Produce a sample for your review
The more detail you provide, the closer the sample will be to your vision. If you don’t have a tech pack, I can help you create one.
I conduct on-site inspections at three stages:
1. **Fabric check** — Before cutting, I verify fabric quality against your specifications
2. **Mid-production** — At 50% completion, I check construction, sizing, and details
3. **Final inspection** — Before shipment, I do a random check using AQL standards
At each stage, I send you photos and a written report. Payment releases are tied to these checkpoints so you stay in control.
Yes. Your designs are your intellectual property. Here’s what I do to protect them:
– I sign an NDA before we start working together
– Your design files and reference garments are never shared with other clients
– Factories I work with are professional partners who understand design confidentiality
– If you need an additional confidentiality agreement with the factory, I can arrange that
It’s simple:
1. Go to the Contact page and fill out the inquiry form
2. Tell me about your project — design, fabric, quantity, budget
3. I’ll get back to you within 24 hours with a quote and timeline
